A/C Water Damage in Mission Viejo, CA

This is a tenant occupied unit. Condensation from the a/c unit that leaked which has been repaired. Leaked into the area by the heater/hot water heater and into the laundry room. The shelf that houses that heater/hot water tank is wet underneath. Smells very musty and possible traces of mold.
