Attic Water Damage in Aliso Viejo, CA

The source of the leak was caused by the drain line in the attic AC. This affected the upstairs hallway in the staircase area. The affected materials are drywall only. The homeowner mentioned he will be going through the HOA. Half of the staircase needs to be covered with containment plastic and we need to allow a small space for the homeowner to go up and down the staircase, it’s going to be tricky but it can be done please refer to my sketch for more details. This is a category two class two water damage. The leak happened about two weeks ago from today’s date. Asbestos testing is needed before any removals.
