Bathroom Water Damage Repair in Irvine , CA

An overflow from the upstairs bathroom caused water damage to the kitchen ceiling below. Upon arrival, we set up equipment in the kitchen, pantry, upstairs hall, and bathroom. Lay flat ducting was installed to the kitchen ceiling, and can lights were removed. We also lifted the carpet in the hallway and placed an air mover and dehumidifier upstairs. During a follow-up visit, we found acceptable moisture levels in all affected areas and removed the equipment. While removing the ducting, some paint came off the kitchen ceiling, where the homeowner had used their own duct tape to secure the ducting.
