ServiceFirst received an after-hours request from LWV security Aaron Kennedy for an emergency board-up of a patio sliding door. Upon inspection, I found that only the exterior of the double-sided painted window was broken. I removed the broken glass using protective gear and ensured the door was secure, determining that boarding up was unnecessary. Our technician later arrived and boarded up the sliding door with plywood and a 2×4, as requested.
