Category 3 Water Damage in Irvine, CA

This is category three because of sewage and mold loss. This is a class three water damage. I think the rooms are the upstairs bathroom, downstairs hall restroom, kitchen, and laundry room. The source of the leak is a faulty drain for the upstairs toilet. I set up equipment in the downstairs restroom and laundry room. I disinfected it, wiped it down, and treated the entire laundry room and first-floor bathroom. Administration please schedule asbestos and lead testing. Also, set up an appointment to come in service check until we receive the results for the testing. I did not set up equipment upstairs since the only thing affected is the subfloor in by now the subfloor is being dried from underneath the open wall cavity. After we remove tile from the second-floor bathroom then we will be able to treat it and set up a dehumidifier and an air scrubber.
