The Association requested an inspection of the affected units from the fire on February 14, 2024, to gather information and determine the next steps, with no responsible party indicated at this time. Upon arrival, we conducted a quality check and found the techs wiping down the walls and encapsulating the burnt wood framing. They were using proper tools, but we couldn’t set up equipment due to a lack of power. The team cleaned the walls, ceilings, floors, and exposed wood frames in the unit, applied antimicrobials, and eliminated the smoke smell. The cleaning is now complete.
