Garage Water Damage in Aliso Viejo, CA

Did inspection only the garage is affected. Materials affected are drywall and framing. HO signed work authorization and I start mitigation services. I removed 3sf of affected drywall, spray antimicrobial and wipe down exposed framing. Set up 1DH and 1 AM. Should be ready for pick up in 2-3 days.
