Garage Water Damage in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

Upon our inspection, the area and materials affected is 8 sf of drywall in the garage. The demo will be needed because a shared wall is affected. Less than 1sf from the neighbor wall was also affected but we are going to be able to dry that in place. Per this morning’s conversation, asbestos testing will be needed prior to the demo.
