Hot Water Slab Leak in Lake Forest , CA

Rooms affected: master bathroom, guest bathroom – Materials affected: Master bathroom-wood laminate flooring has begun to bubble a 2-3 weeks ago, they had a plumber out last Friday & who removed the toilet, plumber states it is not a toilet leak but there was water underneath the floorboards; guest bathroom-wood laminate flooring, baseboards; both areas have floating floors, nothing is glued down – H/O states it feels dry to the touch but previous restoration company detected moisture is both areas – Repipe1 let them know they have a hot water slab leak in their master bedroom so they are in the process of working with them & is not sure if this is the source moisture
