Leak found last week from water pipe serving her unit’s HVAC. HVAC is located in exterior mechanical closet that shares wall with her bedroom. Insurance is telling her to find dry down company as she may be liable for costs. No claim filed yet. Mechanical closet and bedroom were flooded, drywall and carpet were affected.
