Mission Viejo Residential Water Damage

inspection of 26511 Made on 4/26/21 our technician reported:Source: UnknownArea(s) affected: Dining RoomBuilding materials affected: Drywall, insulation, framing, softwood from the cabinet, exterior wall recommendations: Per last night’s inspection, Luis our technician recommended opening up the exterior stucco wall to determine what the source could be. We will also need to pack out the items in the dining room cabinet, detach the cabinet, perform flood cuts in affected walls, remove insulation, then wipe down exposed framing. Set drying equipment for 48 hours. After 48 hours we will perform a service check and pick up equipment. Prior to that being done, we will need to test for asbestos.
