Mold Damage in Laguna Niguel, CA

Inspected and assessed the damage in the bathroom and laundry closet there is visible mold growth on framing and drywall so this will be a cat 3 class 2 loss most of the affected framing is already exposed but we will need to remove some drywall from both areas doing flood cuts of 2’ height asbestos testing, mold remediation, and mold clearance testing are going to be needed.
