Mold Remediation in Ladera Ranch, California

Was going to replace counter tops today and they took off the counter top and behind cabinets and back splash  there was mold. What happened had a leak on the water line to refrigerator a while ago which her Dad fixed which apparently caused moisture to back-up.

Please note technician inspected loss and found that the source of loss was the copper line behind the fridge. Date of loss is currently unknown due to the fact that the drywall is currently holding black mold. The only room affected is the kitchen. The drywall and cabinets are holding microbial growth. Scope of work is to set custom containment, remove cabinet, set plastic, remove affected material. Hepa vacc and wet wipe. Technicians wrote estimate and Nathan will send out bid so homeowner can decide on what company she is going with.
