I removed one dehumidifier and left one dehumidifier on site I also added one air scrubber. I removed the containment in the ceiling to allow the plywood to breathe. I also put a lay flat directly into the wet spot and stapled it and tape it right underneath it to allow pressurized air to hit the plywood and bounce right back downwards towards the dehumidifier. We are at 26%. I treated the framing and wiped the areas that got stained again. On the next service check which is a possible pick up for Friday please make the appointment at the very end of the day and make sure the technician that goes out there sprays kills stain blocker on all visible stains.
