Mould Remediation in Dana Point, CA

Inspected and assessed damage in the dining room and hall bathroom, no moisture was found during the inspection but there is visible water damage in walls and there is also visible growth in dining, HO said that they found the damage about 9 months ago. I will treat this loss as a cat 3 protocol and depending on findings after removing the affected drywall in both areas we may have to perform mold remediation. I believe we don’t have to test for asbestos in this community please double-check that info.
