There is visible mold growth in both areas my recommendation will be to remove affected materials and wipe down exposed framing, no mold testing will be needed because is not a habitable space. Arrived, started and finished the mold remediation. Drywall cut out, clean up and wipe down. No equipment needed. Job has done.
