There is less than 1sf of visible growth in drywall I got inside the attic and found out that less than 1 Sf of drywall is affected and no framing looks damaged with growth or water stains. So Mold remediation will not be needed but we will treat the loss as cat3/mold protocol due to the source of the leak and visible growth.
