Residential Water Damage in Ladera Ranch, CA

Did inspection, laundry room, hallway, walk-in closet, kitchen, and 1/2 bathroom downstairs are affected? Materials affected are drywall, tile flooring, laminate flooring, toe kicks, and framing.

Will attempt to dry on place using special equipment and drilling holes in drywall. Please see the work scope for details. I sent documents to tech docs. Asbestos testing will be needed in the affected ceiling, the wall behind the stove, and the linoleum under the stove.

Yesterday I built a containment and set up EQ in all affected areas.

The next step will be to remove all affected baseboards, toe kicks, laminate flooring, and set up desiccant, Etes, and dry injectors.

We have a lockbox at the property so we can stop by any time.
