Residential Water Damage Removal and Restoration

Initial inspection: The source of the leak is still unknown but it looks like it possibly may be a supply line in the ceiling of the dining area. Affected rooms dining area/family room. I think the materials are drywall, crown molding, and hardwood flooring. The homeowner is trying to fix the leak first. I gave him two quotes and it looks like he will most likely choose the cash route. I was able to cut an inspection of a hole in the yellow stained ceiling and the paper backing in the cavity is all clean free of visible mildew or mold. Please read the red lettering at the very bottom of my inspection sheet since there will be a couple of forms the homeowner needs to sign. The first one being the refusal of recommendations for the hardwood flooring since there is moisture in it but he doesn’t want specialized EQ nor removal. The second one will be the homeowner acknowledgment form. He will also want a docu sign for the work authorization sent to him as well as a copy of my initial report.
