Sewage Damage Repair in Laguna Beach, CA

Toilet backed up from the sewer line and spilled over (see pics in dash/dropbox) also the shower has black water in it. Sewage has spilled over onto the carpet and into the closet in bathroom. Might have come into other area. This is a studio apt that is 450 sq ft and empty. If carpet is really bad HO said we can take it out.
