Slab Leak Water Damage in Mission Viejo, CA

Inspected and assessed the damaged kitchen and laundry room were affected by a hot water line slab leak in neighbors unit that happened 3-5 days ago leak is now fixed. drywall baseboards and cabinets are affected today we got work authorization signed created drying chambers removed affected baseboards toe kicks and some back panels from full height cabinets and set up 1 dehumidifier, 1 air filtration device, and 4 air movers to attempt to dry drywall on place equipment should be ready for pick up in 3-5 days we will be back Monday 04-11-22 for a service check I wrote claim number and adjuster information in proposal sheet.
