Slab Leak Water Damage in Santa Ana, CA

Homeowner RFP inspection due to possible slab leak. Water damage in living room carpet and possibly drywall. His contractor came out and opened drywall and they see a manifold and a drain. Water is seeping up in this area. We did an inspection, the living room, hallway, powder room, and bathroom are affected. Materials affected are drywall baseboards, wallpaper, carpet, padding, tack strip, and wood flooring
