Inspected and assessed the damage. Affected room garage. Affected material drywall, framing, and possible shear wall. We will attempt to dry in place. the source was a pinhole leak plumber was out today and fixed the pipe. if the back wall does not show good drying progress then we may need to plan for a demo due to the shear wall preventing drywall to dry.
