Source was a hot water line slab leak. She said plumbers came out to fix it. Affected areas are through out the whole house flooring and kitchen wainscoting. Picked up moisture in multiple areas of the living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and office room flooring. Picked up moisture in the kitchens wainscoting and baseboard. Scope of work is to remove affected wainscoting, baseboard and cut out affected drywall behind it. Removing affected wood flooring through out the whole house. Homeowner request for us to do packout and rent a storage. Contents specialist is needed. Homeowner didnt want us to set any equipment. No work authorization signed yet. Asbestos testing is needed.
