We inspected the referenced job and below is a job link for the project to access the inspection notes, photos, etc. Source: Fridge Area(s) affected: Kitchen, hallway and hall restroom Building materials affected: Drywall, baseboards, paneling and glue down wood floor Elevated moisture was detected Upon our inspection, the damaged areas are the kitchen, hallway and hall restroom. Materials affected are drywall, baseboards, wall panels and glue down wood floor. We recommend removing most affected materials except for flooring. We will attempt to dry it in place for 2 days if no progress is shown we will have to remove flooring as well. Scope of work: Day #1 – After we receive asbestos results, we will set up contaminants, remove affected drywall, paneling then set equipment. Day #2 – After two days of drying, pick up equipment if dried. If flooring is not dry, we will remove the flooring.
