Water Damage From A Leak in San Juan Capistrano, CA

Homeowner called-stated they smell mold when they turn on the heater. Today they found a leak coming from the shower and carpet was wet in extra bedroom. They have not fixed the leak but are not using that shower. Would like an estimate on the smell and to find out if there is mold , wet walls.
