Water Damage in Foothill Ranch, CA

Demo has been completed in laundry room. Work area was HEPA vacuumed and wiped down with antimicrobial. I took moisture readings of the drywall and wood framing, both have acceptable moisture levels. I let the homeowner know that we will update them with the next step for repairs. Homeowner will need a plumber to check the upstairs shower and to see if the pipes caused the leak. Subfloor damaged has been discovered and reported to coordinator.
