Water Damage in Foothill Ranch , CA

The homeowner reported on 5/15/22 that their toilet malfunctioned when they were flushing it, the issue has been fixed – Rooms affected: bathroom (tile flooring) & below it is the garage – Materials affected: garage ceiling has a stain approx. 9ftx1.5ft – H/O reported the issue to their insurance & their insurance suggested they call us out first to inspect before filing a claim
