Water Damage in Fountain Valley , CA

I arrive to the property I contacted inspection. Homeowner show me the affected areas that are dining room and kitchen.I detected moisture on the upper cabinets and lower cabinets and on the backsplash on the dining I detected moisture on carpet / walls panels and ceiling the source of the leak is the drain line from upstairs tube crack so homeowner is going to make a insurance claim tomorrow after she get the claim she going to call us to come back set equipment I also made a proposal in case the insurance denied the claim any questions feel free to call me
