Water Damage in Ladera Ranch, CA

A possible leak coming from the kitchen island underneath affecting wood flooring. Water wicked up 2 feet high in the bathroom and laundry room. I set up 2 dehus and 2 AFDs. Called CR and he said to let HO know he’s been there tomorrow around 10 am give or take. Floating floor in the bathroom is saturated near the toilet. I suggest we get our own plumber to give us our own assessment to see what we find here to be the source of the leak.
