We inspected the referenced job and below is a job link for the project to access the inspection notes, photos, etc Source: Fire sprinkler system line was accidentally perforated Area(s) affected: Master bedroom, master closet, kitchen, hall bath, and dining room Building materials affected: Ceiling drywall and walls, carpet, padding, and baseboards Elevated moisture was detected Upon our inspection and assessment the master bedroom, master closet, kitchen, living and hall bathroom are affected. This is a cat 3 loss-affected materials that will need to be demolished. This will be taken care of after asbestos testing results come in. Scope of work: Day#1 – Prep areas for a demo, move stuff from closet out of the way, set up contaminants and start demo in the master bedroom, master closet, remove carpet, padding, baseboards, and drywall. Hepa Vac, spray antimicrobial, wipe down exposed framing, and add equipment. Day #2 – Remove affected drywall from the kitchen, dining, and hall bathroom, then HEPA vac, spray antimicrobial and wipe down exposed framing. Day #3 – Service check Day #4 – Final pick up of equipment Per our conversation yesterday, the asbestos testing company called you and is scheduled to test today. Once we get results we will notify you on when we can start the demolition.
