Water Damage in Ladera Ranch, California

Source is unknown nor has been fixed she has the water shut off to the house so in a way the water is stopped but need a plumber to find and fix the source rooms affected are family room and living room materials affected is ceiling drywall baseboards and built in entertainment system cabinet it is a category 2 class 2 dropped 2 dehus 6 fans going to try and dry in place need to call her to schedule a time for a service chec.

Metering wet we are going to end up needing to do demo but first need to test for asbestos before we demo and we/I want to not touch her entertainment system until we really have to so was going to cut the adjacent walls to it which is in the dining room and the little hallway and then we can put air on the back of the drywall around the entertainment system
