Water Damage in Laguna Niguel, CA

Arrived at 8:am.,and started affected material removals in the bathroom, hallway, laundry, and living room. Performed contents manipulation, and floor protection, before demolition. Demolition is done. Sprayed IAQ, and wipe down the studs, sill plates and tile floors in all rooms affected. Removed cabinet body part of the cabinet in the bathroom, and saved counter top with 2 tempt supports underneath. Left 2 dehumidifiers and 1 air scrubber onsite.
