Water Damage in Laguna Niguel, California

Cat 1 class 2. Source of loss was pin hole leak. Plumbers came out and fixed it today. Affected areas are garage, laundry room, bathroom, and living room. Wrote up proposal. We explained scope of work. We would try to dry in place but if we couldn’t dry then we would cut out affected drywall.
