The Source of the leak was the hot water supply line underneath the sink. Ho noticed a leak this past Friday. Leak repaired. Due to the duration of time and hot water, my plan of action would be to demo the affected material. We will need to build a containment kitchen that will not be able to use a shore-up countertop. Remove affected laminate and material spray/wipe exposed framing with IAQ and antimicrobial and dry out framing and subfloor. Was not able to access the garage due to ho from unit 23, not home l.
