Water Damage in Rancho Santa Margarita , CA

Arrived on site, and the homeowner gave me access. I inspected the kitchen, drywall, lower cabinets, and laminate flooring have elevated moisture. The plumber was on site and fixed the leak which was the reverse osmosis underneath the sink. Cabinets have heavy damage and cannot be salvaged. I let the homeowner know we can prop up the countertop on 2x4s but the countertop can still crack.
