Water Damage in Yorba Linda, CA

Year Built 1987: H/O has a leak in the ceiling between 2 floors of her SFH. So far bathroom affect and ceiling. Water loss appears to have come from a burst copper pipe in the garage ceiling. Affected drywall in garage and entryway. Set 5 air movers, two dehumidifiers, and one air scrubber. Talked to Sherri and she will be scheduling asbestos testing as well as HVAC and water heater removal.
