Water Damage Mitigation in Huntington Beach

INSPECT FOR MOISTUTR MITIGATION – INTAKE: Homeowner reports that upstairs neighbor had bathroom sink leak, leaked below to their master bedroom and master bath. The homeowner states these are summer homes and the homeowners’ housekeeper noticed this Friday when they were there. They report there was a water stain in the floor, looks like the wall was wet but is dry now, no pooled water, the stain was cleaned and there was no lifting or buckling in the Vinyl flooring, no wet carpet, but baseboards were damaged. Homeowner’s insurance referred them to us.
