Water Damage Mitigation in Rancho Santa Margarita , CA

INSPECT FOR MOISTURE MITIGATION – INTAKE: H/O states when she woke up on 3/29/22 there was a small puddle of water on her hardwood floor, it was not a lot of water; she was able to clean it up with a single towel. She reports damage to her roof outside & the ceiling inside. The ceiling is no longer dripping, one area has a bubble that has cracked & this is where the water was dripping from & there is another area to the left of it with damage as well but it has not cracked. H/O has filed a claim with her insurance but she does not know what the deductible is.
