Water Damage Rancho Santa Margarita

Materials affected are drywall, baseboards, toe kicks, wood flooring, carpet, padding, and framing.HO signed the work authorization form and I get started I removed affected baseboards, toe kicks, and drill holes on the wall to check conditions of drywall and speed up the drying process, everything was looking fine so we set up 2DH and 3 AM. On our next visit, we will need to remove about 15sf of drywall and service check equipment and walls.
