Now that the roof issue is going to be handled, we can schedule the approved mold remediation.  Once remediation is complete we will provide an estimate for repairs.

ESTIMATED TIMELINE:

DAY 1: Content manipulation, set up containment in the garage, and begin remediation

DAY 2: If a second day is needed we will update you and the homeowner once the affected drywall is removed, the team will wire brush and treat the exposed wood framing with an antimicrobial agent that will need to fully dry prior to reconstruction.  The drying equipment will need to run a minimum of 48 hours. We will reach out to the homeowner to schedule the mold remediation.
