The leak is from the toilet wax seal ring. Testing not needed. Recommend ducting Dehu to the area to dry it out after clean up.  Remove up to 3sqft of affected drywall, disinfect wood framing under the toilet and place 1 dehumidifier to dry 3sqft affected area. Does not include replacing drywall.
