Water Damage Repair in Lake Forest, California

YEAR BUILT 1979 – Homeowner noticed wet and bubbling ceiling. Realized upstairs washing machine was leaking. She had painter come scrape and paint the ceiling with primer but she is worried about moisture. Wants us to dry it.

Cat 1 class 3. Source of loss was leaking angle stop. Affected areas are living room and laundry room. Affected materials are drywall and ceiling. Wrote up estimate for $756. Scope of work is to attempt to dry in place. If it does not dry, we will have to demo affected drywall. Set up a dehumidifier in the laundry room and tented dehumidifier into the ceiling for the living room.
