Water Damage Repair in Mission Viejo, CA

HO was taking a bath and too much water got into the over drain in the tub and leaked into downstairs TV room. Water was dripping through the ceiling. HO thinks there might be two leaks from this. Inspected living room. Living room ceiling and part of the wall holding moisture approximately 15 ft.². Upstairs hall bathroom less than one linear feet of drywall is affected behind the toilet. Subfloor is holding elevated moisture as well source of loss unknown. It may be a wax ring failure.
