HO called in – wants RFP for possible mold in the master shower area and under laundry sink. We performed a mold inspection. Two separate rooms are affected. Bathroom and laundry. Wrote a proposal and explained to the homeowner the steps for mold removals. He said he is waiting for a mold estimate. No leaks on site, in my personal opinion, is because both rooms do not have enough ventilation. He gave us a patriot preliminary mold and spores investigations.
