We began by placing property protection in the living room and built-in cabinets and relocating detached doors to a bedroom. Initial demolition covered the living room, bedroom closets, and a second-floor bedroom, with all areas prepped and proper PPE used. Further demolition included removing damaged plaster, insulation, and wood framing in the bathroom and hallway. A restroom window trim removal caused a window break. All demolition was completed, and the framing was cleaned.

Preparations included covering cavities, cleaning HEPA filters, and ensuring the master bedroom, hallway, and bathroom were ready for clearance testing. QC confirmed proper PPE use and completed the demo. Containments and equipment were removed, leaving two for privacy. Final photos were taken, and Monica signed the COS. The job is now ready for testing.
