Photos were taken of the exterior, roof, backyard storage, A/C unit, water heater, electrical panel, bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen sink, and furnace—all in good working condition. Roofing documents were reviewed, but repiping documents are still pending. Met with the homeowner’s son onsite, as the homeowner was unavailable. Dates for services need to be confirmed from the intake form.
