Water Damage Repair Yorba Linda

Arrived on site and met with the homeowner. I explained to the homeowner what I was going to demo. Detached dryer and moved washer out of the way. Set floor protection in the workspace. Removed baseboard. Cut out affected drywall and pulled out insulation. Hepa vacuumed and sanitized all exposed framing. Set one dehumidifier to start drying out. I told the homeowner that we will be back on Wednesday to service check and possibly pick up equipment.
