Water Damage Restoration in Corona Del Mar, CA

7/24/21. Arrived, inspected, assessed and sold a water loss. Moisture was found in A/C.,room, entry room and closet. Materials affected: drywall,walls and ceiling, wood framing, carpet floor and tike. Water source was the A/C leaks. This loss is category#1 and class#2 and 3. Set up dry equipment and wrote a proposal. Job needs asbestos and lead testing, before perform any demolition. Job needs set up a plastic containment of entry room. Talked with hone owner and explained water mitigation process.
