Water Damage Restoration in San Juan Capistrano, CA

The Source of the leak was the water soft system it’s PVC pipe broke causing water damage throughout the main areas of the home. This is a category one class one water damage there’s tile throughout the house so no floor is affected we are only focused on drywall, door casings, baseboards, carpet, padding, and kitchen toe kicks. The source of the leak has not been fixed homeowner is working on getting her plumber out here. The homeowner has signed the work authorization which will require around 18 air movers for the humidifiers and set up to containments to contain half of the home. She signed a cash price deal but may be subject to change in case she does get her insurance involved. I will be cutting our carpet and padding per her request so we don’t have to worry about drying any of that
